CHANGES IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEM An Ethnographic Study of Orang Rimba in the Bukit Dua Belas National Park of Jambi Province

This research generally discusses the causes of changes in the Domestic Suku Anak Dalam system or commonly called the Kubu Tribe or Orang Rimba who are in the Bukit Dua Belas National Park Terap, Jambi Province. This discussion focuses on the description of the split strategy of the Ketemenggungan system in dealing with transmigrants and oil palm and rubber companies’ issues who started to open plantations in the area of authority. The method used is a qualitative research approach with an ethnographic study type. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are carried out by describing the problems that occur in the field. The initial step was carried out by sorting and classifying the data verbally (orally), meaning data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then elaborated in the form of questions that are relevant to the situation in the field without intending to compare or confirm. The results showed that the change in the Ketemenggungan Organization system in the Bukit Dua Belas National Park was due to the large number of transmigration residents and PTs who cleared land within their territory. CONSERVATION OF TERNATE LANGUAGE THROUGH POP ARTS IN MULTILINGUAL COMMUNITIES ON TERNATE ISLAND

Language conservation is one solution to maintaining a language's vitality, especially in a multi-ethnic society. This study aims to describe the condition of the regional language of Ternate, which continues to be eroded due to negative language attitudes due to the accommodation of native speakers who, in their daily interactions, constantly interact with other ethnic groups. This interaction is unavoidable, considering that the island of Ternate is a transit center for various modes of transportation, both by sea and by air. Aside from being a transit center, the island, with an area of ± 47 km², is also the center of economic turnover for the North Maluku region. Language conservation through pop arts can be a solution to maintain the vitality of the Ternate language from the threat of extinction. This paper uses the Howard Giles approach, communication accommodation. This communication accommodation approach is related to interpersonal adjustment in a communication interaction. The analysis results in the form of a classification of types of art can be followed up by exploring various types of folk arts and the values contained in these arts.

The goal of this study was to clarify how organizational commitment and personality value characteristics affected labor productivity in groups of fisherman. In this study, 30 persons made up the sample, and questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect data. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis technique used with the SPSS 24 software. The findings of this study suggest that organizational commitment and personality values have a favorable and significant impact on work productivity. indicating a relationship in the same direction as the hypothesis, or that organizational commitment and personality values will boost job productivity in groups of fisherman.

Student Performance in Online Learning: E-Leadership and IT Capability Student in One of Public Universities

The situation in which the globe is rattled by coronavirus illness 2019 (COVID-19) has caused virtual teams to appear in all organizations and senior roles. Becomes increasingly relevant. This study time focuses on the comprehension component for improved student performance in virtual teams. Research design: quantitative and statistical data collected by online learners Study this objective to determine the influence of e-leadership on student performance and IT competency as a variable mediator using a total of 242 surveys. This sample consists of Jakarta State University students. This study's data analysis method is a structural equation model (SEM) utilizing Amos version 24. The results of this research show that e-leadership positively impacts IT capabilities. Demonstrate that e-leadership harms student performance and then that IT capability has a positive impact on student performance. There is no direct relationship between variable e-leadership and variable influence on display.
